The Return Merchandise Authorization RMA process we operate is in place to help our customers achieve a faster outcome. If you telephone to cancel the contract, we will ALWAYS request cancellation in writing via a durable medium, via email or this RMA form.

14 Day Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of orders are acceptable within 14 days of the date received for most products. Returns are subject to the following guidelines:

1.  All original packaging and accessories need to be included.
2.  If free bundle gifts were included, they all must be returned.
3.  The items must be undamaged, otherwise we have the right to charge to bring the item back to the condition it was in, when it was sent.
4.  The customer is responsible for packaging and return shipping costs.
5.  No cancellation for unsealed digital products, software downloads, or products made to customer specifications.

30 Day Returns:

Returns after 14 days, and under 30 days. We will still accept returns for a refund. Returns are subject to the following guidelines:

1.  Refund may be subject to a restocking fee and any costs relating to shortage of contents.
2.  The customer is responsible for packaging and return shipping costs.
3.  The items must be undamaged and completely serviceable.
4.  No returns for unsealed digital products, downloads, or products made to customer specifications.

Returns After 30 Days:

Returns over 30 days, will not be accepted, and they fall in to a repair or replacement classification. This decision is at our discretion, and which option would be best suited for the product.

Notes:

Ensure that the all the original packaging, is used to help prevent the possibility of transit damage. Unfortunately, transit damaged products received by us could result in the loss of warranty and chargeable repairs.

A warranty does not cover a product if it has been mis-used, which has caused the problem.
